Imagine a slice of nature, nestled in the rolling hills of Tennessee, where your passion for camping, mountain biking and e-biking, or just relaxing and walking 3 miles of rustic logging roads through the hills can grow into something extraordinary. We’re offering an exclusive opportunity to be part of the early stages of a retreat that promises tranquility, adventure, and community.

We’re starting with 69 acres of raw, beautiful land, where 20 secluded primitive campsites offer a chance to disconnect and immerse yourself in nature. These sites are rugged, reflecting the land’s untouched beauty, but they provide a rare sense of peace and privacy that’s hard to find in today’s crowded campgrounds.

This is just the beginning. We’ve already made strides, with water access at the road ready to be plumbed into the property, power on-site for moments you need to plug in and reach out, and plans to create a Wi-Fi-enabled zone. Our vision includes our pavilion we’ve purchased on the Big Hill, where our four base camps will eventually stand, complete with modern amenities like bathrooms.

We’re not stopping there. With the purchase of a mini-excavator, we’re laying the groundwork for 3/4 to 1-mile downhill technical single tracks, perfect for thrill-seekers and seasoned riders. We’re also crafting smaller, more approachable trails for kids and novice riders, making this retreat a place for families and riders of all skill levels. The Big Hill will eventually transform into a technical park, a challenge worth the journey, though the trails, for now, are rough and reminiscent of old logging roads.

We aim to open in Spring 2025 with some of these amenities in place, evolving and expanding as we grow. We invite you to be part of this journey, helping us shape a retreat that honors the natural beauty of the land while offering the thrills and tranquility outdoor enthusiasts crave.

For just $25 a night, you can experience the raw beauty of our 69-acre retreat in Tennessee near several outdoor attractions and the beautiful Centerhill Lake with 415 miles of shoreline, where seclusion and privacy are the only amenities we offer. This introductory rate is our way of welcoming you into a space that’s as wild and untamed as it is serene.

As we continue to build and improve, we ask for your help in preserving this natural haven. All we need from you is to follow our simple rules to maintain the property, and if you’re willing, share your experience with us.
